Professional Assessment — Paid Service

A standalone, equipment-focused review when SafetyAid confirms it is appropriate. It concludes with a Written Assessment Summary, whether or not you later purchase equipment.

Commercial equipment selection, quotation and fulfilment. Straightforward equipment shopping and fulfilment may proceed through RehabMart Pakistan; assessment-led specialist support remains with SafetyAid.

How the Professional Assessment works

1. Free Initial Screening

Complete the broad screening so SafetyAid can understand the support need and route your enquiry.

2. Suitability confirmation

SafetyAid reviews the screening and confirms whether a Professional Assessment is the appropriate next step.

3. Payment and appointment

If appropriate, pay the PKR 3,000 fee in full before the appointment is arranged. SafetyAid will coordinate the payment and appointment separately; there is no checkout on this page.

4. Professional Assessment

The review typically takes 45–60 minutes by remote/video appointment or in person at SafetyAid. Home visits are quoted separately.

5. Written Assessment Summary

SafetyAid provides a written summary of relevant findings and practical next-step options.

6. Your optional next step

You may proceed with an equipment case through RehabMart/SafetyAid or take the Assessment Summary elsewhere. Equipment purchase is not required.

Service terms

Fee, scheduling and cancellation

Payment and appointment

The Professional Assessment fee is PKR 3,000, payable 100% before an appointment is arranged, following suitability confirmation. A home visit, if available, is quoted separately. The assessment fee is not automatically deducted from a later equipment purchase.

Changes to an appointment

One reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment may be refunded less unavoidable payment-processing charges. Late cancellation or a no-show is non-refundable.

SafetyAid reviews assistive-technology and equipment needs within its scope. SafetyAid does not diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace doctors, therapists or other qualified healthcare professionals. Existing clinical guidance may be considered where relevant; clinical decisions remain with the appropriate qualified professionals.
