The current website assessment prepares a draft summary in your browser and does not automatically transmit it.

Information intentionally sent to us may be used to review the enquiry, request clarification, discuss product suitability, prepare quotations, coordinate fulfilment and provide setup or follow-up guidance.

3. Child and sensitive information

Share only information relevant to assistive-technology review. Do not send unrelated medical history. A parent, guardian or authorised professional should provide child information and media.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be accessed by authorised RehabMart personnel and, where necessary, relevant manufacturing, logistics or professional collaborators. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably required for enquiry, quotation, order, legal and support purposes. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to legal, accounting and operational retention requirements.
