SafetyAid & Co. uses an assessment-first process. Services vary according to the child’s needs, product configuration, delivery destination and local professional support.

Initial review

We review the functional need, available measurements, environment, current equipment and relevant professional input. Further information may be required before discussing suitability.

Quotation

Quotations are configuration-specific and may include equipment, accessories, delivery, fitting, export documentation or other separately identified services.

Pakistan fulfilment

Local manufacturing or procurement, fitting and follow-up are coordinated through RehabMart Pakistan according to the written order terms.

International fulfilment

International support may include remote review, export quotation, shipping coordination and remote setup guidance. Local clearance, duties and professional services may remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Changes and cancellations

Custom or configured products may involve non-refundable work after approval, procurement or manufacturing begins. The applicable terms are stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Fitting, setup and follow-up

Fitting and adjustment scope depends on location, product and agreed service. Some products require qualified local professional involvement before or during use.

Written quotations, invoices, order confirmations and product-specific instructions take priority over this general policy.
